How Sessions Work
This is a focused, structured engagement — not open-ended support. We move fast because your time is limited and the cost of staying stuck is real.
Session length: 90 minutes per session.
Package: 4-8 sessions, one per week.
Format: Online via Google Meet, or in person in Budapest, Hungary.
First step: A free 45-minute diagnostic conversation — no commitment, no sales pitch.
Confidentiality: This process is entirely independent of your organisation. No reports, no HR involvement.

I am a psychologist who works with leaders and entrepreneurs — specifically at the intersection of performance, burnout, and professional identity. The place most coaching avoids because it is uncomfortable, and most therapy avoids because it is not clinical.
I hold a PhD in psychology and bring 15 years of experience in leadership development and organisational talent at senior level. I work at depth, move quickly, and speak directly.
